It's okay to be angry
I am an ‘angry’ person. I get frustrated and angry lots of times but I don’t express it but try to suppress and control it within myself since that is how I was taught by the society. The suppressed anger builds up inside of me, it boils and ready to explode at any moment, but I still don’t express it. Because the society and the environment does not allow me to do so.
Anger is considered as the ‘negative’ emotion which leads to destructive outcomes. However, anger is still one of the six fundamental emotions along with happiness, surprise, sadness, disgust and fear which makes us human.
Through my project, I wanted to be able to express anger. By creating situations where the expression of anger does not lead to destructive outcomes but in constructive and fun outcomes, I wanted to make it okay for us to express our anger.
